What type of content should I write
What message should be sent?
Can I impact through a poem,
Will it express my true intent?

Is the vibration of the words
More important than the theme
Does the reader have capacity
to get what the words mean?

With so much noise around us
Another message lost
Why do some stay worthy
While most of it gets tossed?

Maybe it’s the balance
of outward with what’s in
And not about who reads it
Or the likes and shares and pins

The content is expression
Of what comes through the heart
And I write not for reward
Only to express my art

So I will keep it going
No outcome in my mind
And just enjoy the process
As I work to stay aligned.
