Seeking

There are things we can not see
or hear or taste or know
and the more we try to feel them
the farther that they go

when the mind is finally calm
and the heart can then receive
the knowing of not knowing
begins to be conceived

the blessings all around
are in your every cell
the light that is your soul
releases you from hell

you can not seek it outward
like a job that you must do
you can not force its outcome
and make it about you

those that feel the truth
will not try to explain
wont tell you they can solve you
and rid you of your pain

so think of thinking less
and let go of what to do
the answers that your seeking
are all inside of you
